Green Glue Suppliers is operated by Foam Sealant Pty Ltd (ACN 068 983 755). We provide delivery of online orders throughout Australia.
Shipping costs
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, parcel weight and dimensions, delivery destination and the Australia Post service selected.
The applicable delivery charge will be shown before payment is completed.
Delivery services
Orders are generally delivered using Australia Post. Standard Parcel Post is available for eligible orders, and Express Post may also be available depending on the products ordered and delivery destination.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.
Orders received before 12:00 pm Melbourne time may begin processing that business day. Please allow approximately 0–2 business days for order processing and dispatch.
Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, standard delivery generally takes approximately 2–8 business days, depending on the destination.
Please allow approximately 2–10 business days in total from placing your order to delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, remote destinations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Dispatch location
Online orders are dispatched from our Victorian distribution location, postcode 3550.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected before dispatch.
