Refund & Returns Policy
Green Glue Suppliers, operated by Foam Sealant Pty Ltd, will accept authorised returns of non-defective Green Glue products where the following conditions are met:
To request a return, please contact Foam Sealant Pty Ltd on 1300 000 205 or email [email protected] before returning any goods. Returns must be authorised before goods are sent back.
- The customer has followed all return instructions provided by Foam Sealant Pty Ltd.
- A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase is provided with the returned goods.
- The goods are returned to Foam Sealant Pty Ltd within 14 days of delivery, at the customer’s cost, unless Foam Sealant agrees to arrange collection.
- The goods are in unused, resalable condition.
- The goods are returned in the same condition in which they were supplied, including all original packaging, labels, brochures and instruction materials, in as-new condition as reasonably possible.
- The goods have not been opened, used, damaged or altered.
- The goods are not custom-made, specially ordered or otherwise supplied specifically for the customer.
For approved change-of-mind returns of non-defective goods, a 25% restocking surcharge applies. This surcharge does not apply where goods are faulty, defective or otherwise subject to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Any freight, collection or other reasonable handling costs associated with an approved change-of-mind return may also be charged to the customer.
Where a return has been authorised by Foam Sealant Pty Ltd, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided to the customer. Goods should be returned using a trackable delivery service.
Where a refund is approved, Foam Sealant Pty Ltd will process the refund within 7 business days. The time taken for funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider or financial institution.
Faulty or Defective Goods
Nothing in this Returns and Refunds Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where Green Glue products are faulty, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by a non-excludable consumer guarantee, Foam Sealant Pty Ltd will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
